The new Design from Chevy ,New Chevrolet Z-Spec Spark at Sema 2010 , A tuner Volt? GM knows it's crazy, but they're doing it anyway. Besides, there's no rule that says eco-conscious buyers can't dress up their cars like traditional enthusiasts. The Volt Z-Spec features special wheels, a subtle ground effects kit that makes the car look even lower to the ground than it already is and low-gloss white paint. Inside, Chevy dressed things up with a thick, flat-bottomed steering wheel, leather-wrapped Recaro front seats and racing pedals.
Sure, it's all show, but it's good show. All the pieces, inside and out, are fairly understated and dress the car up without being obnoxious.
